About Me

I’m Crissman Loomis, a mathematician by training and a body hacker at heart. I thrive on diving into new topics, reading the latest studies, and testing them on myself. From experimenting with a year of veganism to gaining 9 kg (20 lbs) of muscle in just two months, I’m always exploring new ways to optimize health and performance. Google Scholar is my go-to source for the latest breakthroughs.
At Unaging, I examine health and longevity research to work out which habits make a meaningful difference—and how large that difference might be. I translate those findings into articles, the True Age Calculator, and the Unaging Challenge, updating my conclusions as the evidence changes.
For an introduction to this approach, watch my Nerd Nite Tokyo talk on longevity habits, with timestamps and a full transcript.
Put the research into practice
The free Unaging Challenge turns the research into four 12-week phases focused on cardio, strength, walking, and diet. Start on your own schedule and use the app to track your progress.
