Four Habits, Twenty Years
The whole deal, nothing held back: four habits, 12 weeks each, and what every one pays. Start with cardio and go as far as you like. By the end they’re not a program anymore, they’re just how you live. Long life, lifelong habits.
Stick with all four and the whole stack holds steady on about 90 minutes a week. Your weeks run on your own calendar, and the app keeps counting for as long as you keep logging.

The Math Behind the Hours
1. Big studies, hundreds of thousands of people, measure how much each habit cuts all-cause mortality.
2. We plug that risk reduction into actuarial life tables to get its impact on life expectancy.
3. Then we work backwards: the added life, divided across the workouts that earn it, prices each one in hours.
Same engine as the True Age Calculator, references and all.
Questions
Q. Why is it free?
The Unaging Challenge is a community project: your logging helps refine the system, and the research behind it is already published on Unaging.com. No catch, no upsell.
Q. Do I need to download anything?
No. The app runs in your browser, and two taps add it to your home screen if you want it there. Signing in is an email link. No password, ever.
Q. What do I need to start?
A way to get your heart rate up: running shoes, a bike, a rowing machine, a jump rope. Later stages add a step counter and basic weights. A smartwatch helps but is optional.
Q. How much time does it take?
An hour a week of exercise to start (three 20-minute workouts), about 90 minutes a week with everything running. Logging takes a few minutes.
Q. What if I miss a week?
Nothing bad happens. Your challenge runs on your own calendar, so pick up where you left off. Badges you have earned are permanent.
Q. Already fit? Skip ahead
The app has a stage picker, so start wherever matches your life. The hours count all the same.
