About Unaging Reporting
Unaging Reporting is an internal tool operated by Crissman Loomis to analyze the performance of Unaging.com, its advertising, and its newsletter. It is not a public sign-up service.
Data accessed and purpose
With the account owner’s authorization, the tool retrieves Google Analytics traffic reports and Google Ads campaign and performance reports. It also retrieves Mailchimp audience and email engagement data through a separate connection. This information is used to understand readership, assess advertising effectiveness, and plan newsletter content.
The Google Analytics authorization is read-only. Google Ads uses Google’s broader account permission, but this reporting tool exposes report queries only; it does not expose operations to change advertisements, budgets, or account settings.
Storage and processing
Google authorization credentials and the Mailchimp credential are stored in a protected local folder on the owner’s Mac, outside Google Drive. Reporting data may be saved in the owner’s project workspace, which is synchronized through Google Drive. Selected report information is processed with OpenAI Codex to help perform the analysis. These services process information under their applicable service terms and account settings.
The tool does not sell Google user data or transfer it for advertising targeting. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Retention, revocation, and contact
Credentials are retained locally while the connection is in use and may be removed by the owner. Saved reports are retained for ongoing analysis until the owner deletes them. Revoking access stops future retrieval; it does not automatically delete previously saved reports.
The account owner can revoke Google authorization through Google Account connections and revoke Mailchimp access through the Mailchimp API key settings. For questions or requests about reporting data, contact Crissman Loomis.
Use of this internal tool
Access is intended for the account owner and people the owner expressly authorizes. Access to Google data requires the relevant Google account’s consent. This tool provides analysis to inform decisions; it does not guarantee advertising or newsletter results. This notice describes the reporting tool, not all data practices of the Unaging website.
